Tangerine Kale Salad / My Battle to Resist Making Puns

(Warning: Here comes an awful pun...)
Today's Food Demonstration in the Ventura store is Tangerine Kale Salad and let me tell you, it is FANTASI-KALE (whoop, there it is...)!!! Stephanie, our lovely Demo Captain, threw together an easy, fresh and delicious recipe primarily consisting of our Organic Local Produce.

Ingredients

1 bunch of organic green kale, chopped
1/4 organic red onion, chopped
6 organic tangerines, sliced in half
1 bulb of fennel

Dressing:
2 organic lemons (juiced)
1 Tablespoon organic coconut oil
1 Tablespoon pepper

Directions

Peel off and finely chop the fennel leaves. Add all chopped ingredients to a large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil by submerging the entire jar in hot water.
Add all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Add dressing to prepared salad and toss to coat.
VOILA! Easy & super healthy!
