This time of the year we are often running from one thing to the next, without much time for thoughtful eating. Don't give in to the siren song of candy bars and chips!
What you need is a healthy little sumpin-sumpin! Try this e-a-s-y and h-e-a-l-t-h-y fruit and veggie dip! Great for apples, carrot, pears, celery, bananas--you decide!
Ingredients
1/3 cup Greek yogurt or quark
3 TBSP fresh-ground peanut butter
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of cardamom
1 TBSP honey (to taste)

Directions
Blend all ingredients (yes, it's that simple!)
Eat! For a little fancier presentation, you can slice your fruit or veggies and spread the dip on top, then sprinkle with some flaked coconut or dried fruit.
